We are seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Program Manager to join our clients team. This role is critical to deliver best-in-class Marketing Program Management by being the main point of coordination ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the right quality. You will be primarily working across the Indian and Singapore markets and will also have some global reach.

We are looking for a B2B expert who has many years of experience in the following:
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep client-side stakeholders informed of project progress, changes, and potential issues through regular status updates and meetings.
- Build relationships: Building the trust of the client-side team and having them see you as a valued part of their team is key to the success of this role.
- Project Planning: Working within Monday.com to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (Agency): Work closely with internal agency teams, including strategy, creative, content and media to align strategies, share project updates, and gather input for successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (Client): Work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams on the client-side to ensure they stay on track against the marketing plan for 2024.
- Campaign Management: Lead the project management of end-to-end marketing campaign execution, from ideation and concept development to final delivery, ensuring all elements are on brand and meet quality standards.
- Timeline Management: Create and maintain project timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track. Work with internal and external stakeholders to overcome any challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Review all marketing materials to ensure they meet brand guidelines, are error-free, and resonate with the target audience.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to marketing projects and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Commercial Control: Ensuring project scopes are delivered within the budget specified and changes are managed accordingly, whilst keeping our internal agency team informed of project progress to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Project Management: Be accountable for the success of projects ensuring all documentation is prepare and communicated to relevant stakeholders. This includes writing comprehensive brief’s and ensuring quality of deliverables are all in-line with stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Marketing
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn on the job and pick up new tools
- Experience with Monday.com (or equivalent) resource and project management tools
- Ability to build authentic business relationships
