As a member of our Program Management team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices for how the Web Marketing team works together, how we get work done, and how our work creates impact.

This individual will,will support the web marketing centers of excellence, assisting with operational improvements and alignment. They will work under the Web Marketing team reporting to the Group Manager of Program Management. The Program Manager will support the Web Marketing team, managing multiple high visibility global marketing initiatives. This role will work on a variety of key projects, adapting to shifting priorities and helping the team with ad-hoc web growth initiatives.
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional global teams and agencies. You will establish and communicate project timelines, milestones and deliverables, identify required resources, create work plans, determine budget and plan for localization.

We are looking for a Program Manager who has experience in the following:
- Establishing and maintaining processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards and assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects
- Building and maintaining project timelines, roles & responsibility matrices, project plans and trackers, project folders and communication artifacts
- Define, manage and deliver website design and content experiences with internal and external design & production partners to achieve business objectives
- Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, issues and risk between different projects, and workstreams.
- Model and deliver process improvements for strategic projects. Continuously identify and innovate processes and tools that improve how we launch campaigns and work with agencies
- Adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, with minimal impact to timelines.
- Execute tactical initiatives based on analysis of site performance, marketing technology, market opportunities and best-practices/industry developments
The ideal candidate has:
- 4+ years project management experience
- Deep understanding of web best practices, optimization and end-to-end multi-channel campaign execution
- Proven track record in leading the process among peers to improve team best practices in order to continue to scale and improve the operations function within the organization
- Ability to work on multiple, high profile work streams at once; Managing prioritization, execution and stakeholder/leader management in order to complete work and deliver results on time
- Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable recognizing and helping resolve conflict while maintaining forward progress
- Has experience managing projects in many different stages and levels of ambiguity
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced environments working with many cross-functional stakeholders and can adjust to changing priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically and make recommendations, not just execute
